Founder & CEO
Patrick is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Victorious Career Management. He started Victorious Career Management with one goal in mind: to glorify God by serving a select group of talented individuals in all areas of their lives. Patrick's goal is make sure his clients are victorious on and off the field. He graduated from Baylor University in 2016 with his Bachelor's Degree. He is currently working on his Master's degree at Baylor University.
Nathan is the business development executive for Victorious Career Management. He oversees the technological, financial, and operational aspects of VCM as well as providing career advisement to VCM clients. His goal for the career management world is to represent athletes professionally with honesty and integrity. He graduated from Baylor University in 2018 with his Bachelor's of Business Administration in Mangement Information Systems.
Sports Manager & Life Coach
James by profession works as a Chemical Dependency/ Preventions Counselor and also has coached professional minor league football and high school football for Eighteen years. With many years of coaching experience James has been a part multiple athlete’s transformation from high school to college sports as well as the professional levels. The career combination with various interventions has help athletes understand the importance of making positive changes with their lifestyles, attitudes and behaviors in order to pursue the next level of sports and education with success. James completed his Chemical Dependency/ Prevention Counseling Certification with Ohio Christian College and will continue to raise awareness among student athletes with preventative strategies leading to success toward abstinence with substance abuse.
Dustin Zanders is the CFO and Financial Advisor for anyone represented by Victorious Career Management. Dustin graduated with a B.B.A. in financial planning from Baylor University in 1999. He has been a financial advisor with Edward jones since 2000. Previously, he worked with the Baylor University football team doing coaches' videos from 1996-1999. He has almost two decades of financial advising experience and is a strategic asset to the success of Victorious Career Management.
